Interaction Designer

Defining interaction design for multiplatform digital products and services. Creating wireframes and prototypes, helping to shape overall service design across devices, collaborating in creative teams and with clients.

Standard Bank — Interaction design and prototyping for a South African bank. Created a detailed high-fidelity iPhone prototype in Keynote.

The Sunday Times — Interaction Design for News International, working on their classified advertising site for premium vehicles: driving.co.uk

Accenture

User Experience Designer

Designing the user experience for Universal Credit, working with the Department for Work and Pensions and the Government Digital Service. Worked with clients in Warrington to define requirements for a highly complex claim process, and created designs in Axure. Initial visual designer on the project, collaborating with Government Digital Service to streamline designs with GOV.UK.

June 2010 to October 2010

Google

User Experience Designer (Internship)

Intern in the User Experience team in London. Explored and prototyped improvements to Android OS, designing UI mocks in Fireworks and interactive prototypes in Flash. Created new designs for home screen apps, notifications, maps, and camera amongst others, and demonstrated the designs to the mobile UX team in London and California.
